It comes with its own private bathroom for your convenience. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a large TV, ensuring you have all the essentials you need.

Studio Apartment #2

This unit is quite spacious, measuring approximately 20 feet wide by 30 feet long, giving you plenty of room to arrange your living space comfortably.

One of the highlights is that it has its own outside entrance, offering you a bit more privacy and convenience. Additionally, you'll be pleased to know that there's a laundry facility available on the main floor, right beside this unit, making laundry day a breeze.

Studio Apartment #3

This cozy studio is located on the upper level and, for your convenience and privacy, it has an outside entrance that leads directly to the upper level.

This particular studio is a bit smaller compared to our other options because we have incorporated a hallway along the side of it. The apartment measures approximately 15 feet wide and 20 feet long, but it still offers a comfortable living space. Inside, you'll find a private bathroom, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities right at your fingertips.

For your convenience, the apartment comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a TV. Additionally, it features two queen-size Murphy beds that can be folded up when you need extra space, making the apartment versatile and practical.
